If you’ve ordered on BigBoyBamboo.com since 1/1/22, you already have PandaPoints! Sign up now to see your balance.

You can earn points for every dollar spent or by completing certain BigBoyBamboo.com interactions*

To redeem your Big Boy Bamboo PandaPoints, simply go to your cart once you've added all items you wish to purchase. Choose which offer you'd like to redeem and copy and past the offer code in the discount area at checkout!

If you forget to add your discount code at checkout, please contact us at paunch@BigBoyBamboo.com or call us at 702-637-3911 and any of our customer service pandas would be more than happy to assist you!

Unfortunately, you cannot use multiple discounts or promotional codes on one single order.

If you’ve just placed your order, you will see your points generate once your order is fulfilled by our shipping team pandas and a tracking number has been issued. If after regular hours, please leave us a voicemail message.

If your Big Boy Bamboo PandaPoints have not been redeemed and/or accrued from any activity except for the birthday campaign for one (1) year, then your points will expire. We will first send you an email between 30 and 60 days out to remind you to use your points before they expire.
